-To manage invoicing and accounting and tax obligations. In this case, processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations in tax and fiscal matters.
-To ensure the security of the website and prevent fraudulent activities. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the controller to keep the site safe and efficient.
The data will not be used for marketing or profiling purposes.
4. Methods of Processing and Storage
Personal data are processed with IT tools and protected with appropriate security measures.
Data sent via the contact form are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 12 months.
Data relating to invoicing are kept for 10 years, as required by tax regulations.
Technical browsing data are automatically collected by the hosting provider and stored according to the timelines set by the provider's own policies.
